WHAT IS MONKEYSPORT’S TEAM SALES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

There is a 15%-25% restocking fee for returned/exchanged merchandise depending upon the returned/exchanged items. Please be advised that NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES will be accepted on merchandise that has been decorated (i.e. screen printed, numbered, etc.), worn or customized in any way.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.
- Customized items may not be returned/exchanged for any reason other than a manufacturer defect. Manufacturer will order an inspection of goods for return authorization. The return/exchange is subject to approval
- There will be NO cash refunds of any type. All authorized returns will be refunded in the form of MonkeySport’s credit.
- MonkeySport’s will not reimburse customization or shipping costs if an item is returned due to a manufacturer defect.
- Customer must pay shipping on all returns or exchanges.
- All return/exchange requests are subject to acceptance by MonkeySports.
- All return/exchange requests must be packed and returned according to the return instructions below.
- All closeout or sale items cannot be returned.
The following problems are not considered manufacturer’s defects and are not returnable:
- Clothing damaged from improper laundering
- Any cosmetic related issue that does not affect the performance of that item.
- Manufacturer’s logos on merchandise coming off (i.e. logos screened on shorts or jerseys)

Sharpened Skates are NOT Exchangeable or Returnable. Do not sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Skates having wheels with signs of wear are not exchangeable or returnable. Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.

Baseball and Softball Merchandise:
RETURN INFORMATION FOR ALUMINUM/COMPOSITE BATS
DO NOT take the plastic wrapper off of your new bat until you are certain it is the correct weight or size. Once
the plastic wrapper is taken off, the bat cannot be returned to MonkeySports. To ensure proper sizing,
have the player swing the bat outside. If the bat is, or becomes, defective, the bat MUST be returned directly to
the manufacturer. Defective bat returns CANNOT be accepted by MonkeySports.

RETURN INFORMATION FOR WOOD BATS
Make sure the sizing of your wood bat is correct before use. Once the wood bat has been used, it cannot be
returned to MonkeySports. To ensure proper sizing, have the player swing the bat outside. There is NO
WARRANTY on wood bats. Neither MonkeySports, nor the manufacturer will accept returns for broken,
cracked or otherwise defective wood bats.
RETURN INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIC ITEMS
Jocks and Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.
All shaft and head warranties are FACTORY DIRECT
All sticks must be completely broken from game play or practice. Dings, dents, and scratches are NOT
covered by Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components are not covered under warranty. You must contact the correct manufacturer to receive warranty information and a return authorization number. All products must be accompanied by a receipt to show proof of purchase and purchase date. The Manufacturer, upon receiving defective product, will send a new shaft or unstrung head back to you.
NO WARRANTIES: Warrior Alloy 2000, STX AL6000, Brine Throttle, and DeBeer 6000 series sticks.
30 DAY WARRANTY: All Titanium Defense Shafts.
6 MONTH WARRANTY: All heads and products not listed above.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:
Please call 888-320-5560 x 2 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused!

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This is amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is NOT a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges.
